    The insight version of the Applications Directory is:

    insight.tar.Z.

    You will need to uncompress and untar this file.

    Once that is done, read the README that is part
    of the untar file. This file will show you how to run insight
    and view the Applications Directory.  In order to make the
    Applications Directory part of your generic insight program,
    you will need to drag the book that Corresponds to the 
    Applications Directory and drop it onto your personal shelf.
    Note: this is a property of insight on Irix 5.3 not Irix 5.2.

   Commands:
   
   uncompress insight.tar.Z ; tar xvf insight.tar 

    The postscript versions of the Applications Directory is:

    AppsDir
