This directory contains contributed software for use with HylaFAX.
If you have something that you want to contribute please package
it up in a compressed tar archive together with a README file
that explains what it is, who you are, and how to reach you.
Then, place it in the ~ftp/sgi/fax/incoming directory on this host
(ftp.sgi.com) and send me electronic mail (sam@engr.sgi.com) telling
me that something is waiting to be moved to this area. When you do
this you should also provide me with a checksum on the archive of
your work so that I (and others) can be sure your contribution has
not been tampered with. The package md5.tar.gz contains a small
program for calculating the MD5 checksum on a file; it can be
used to calculate a checksum on contributed packages. Othewise
the normal UNIX sum(1) program can be used (but md5 is by far a
better way to checksum a file).
Please prepare contributed software carefully. It is better to
provide new versions at measured intervals rather than constantly
sending updated versions.
