For systems running 3.3 or a 3.3 maintenance release:
1. Retrieve csh.Z in ftp binary mode.
2. Run uncompress on it.
3. Replace /bin/csh with this new version.
(IMPORTANT: rename the existing binary before installing the new one.)
make sure that the binary has the following mode, owner & group ID:
chown bin.bin /bin/csh
chmod 755 /bin/csh
4. Reboot the system.
This csh should interoperate with non-SGI NFS servers based on old, buggy
Sun NFSSRC reference ports that reject readdir requests smaller than their
native DIRBLKSIZ. It should not coredump in case of readdir failure.
